At Goulakay, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Why We Do Not Offer Returns

Because our products are food-related and perishable (such as crémasse, manba, and homemade jams), we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email address] with photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, send a replacement or offer a refund.

Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are only issued if there is an error with your order or if you received a damaged or defective item. Once the return has been approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
